Individual psychoteraphy
People have an inner pattern that shapes the way they react to other people and to the world. As children, they observe and absorb the relationships around them, thus constructing for themselves inner images that shape their fears and expectations related to intimacy. Thus, if childhood experiences were fragile, destructive and frightening, then the inner images people form about relationships can be frightening, making them fearful and distrustful.

Emotional intimacy, trust, gentleness
Psychotherapy entails going back to long neglected wounds, chaos and even emotional insecurity as old patterns of the psyche are de-structured. Throughout this process, the pacient may encounter numerous and creative forms of resistance to change. Thus, it takes a lot of emotional intimacy, trust, kindness, tolerance and many tries in order to create other mirrors for the soul, another safety foundation and to develop the capacity of relativization and self-reflection, new feelings and ways to relate to the self and the world.
